Coaching/Mentoring

Not for Profit Solutions is committed to building sector and practitioner capacity by delivering training, resources and technical assistance to not-for-profit organisations and staff seeking to improve their professional practice.

Our coaching and mentoring  services are provided not by consultants but by specially recruited contractors who work in the not-for-profit sector to ensure real life knowledge and skills based on proven practical experience in the not-for-profit sector. Our coaches and mentors can help you improve your own personal  performance.

Our coaching service works with management and staff to provide task oriented help to improve employee competencies ; help meet expectation or acquire new skills.  The service aims to improve short-term performance.

Our mentoring service works with the individual staff member on a long-term relationship basis to  develop current and future staff skills and knowledge. The service aims to help the organisation to remove barriers that hinder an individual achieving their full potential, improve staff retention; develop leaders as part of succession planning and address work/life issues.

Although we work primarily from our offices in Auckland and Christchurch we can travel nationwide or use on-line tools to ensure not-for-profit leaders and staff can access the support, advice and guidance they need.
